Stefan Dimitrijevic graduated from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He then received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. Throughout his studies at Osgoode Hall, Mr. Dimitrijevic was a Criminal Division Leader at the Community and Legal Aid Services Programme (CLASP). In this role, he represented numerous clients charged with summary conviction offences and conducted several public legal education seminars.
Mr. Dimitrijevic articled for Edward H. Royle & Associates where he worked on serious criminal matters, including a first-degree murder appeal and a successful trial in the Superior Court of Justice on Project Kryptic, a mass prosecution related to firearms and drugs. As a lawyer at the firm he represents clients charged with serious criminal offences including murder, attempted murder, drug trafficking, and firearms possession.
Mr. Dimitrijevic firmly believes that everyone charged with a criminal offence, no matter how minor or how serious, deserves a strong and zealous defence. He is a strong advocate for his clients’ liberty and Constitutional rights.
